Q1: What is the usual logistic terms?
A1: According to client’s request, we can choose sea transport, air transport and train transport and even flexiable combination of different transportation terms:
For sea shipment: Normally we send out shipment from Chengdu to the sea port (SHENZHEN, SHANGHAI normally 3-5 days), and arrange the 2nd shipment according to client’s request
For Air shipment: Can choose direct flight from Chengdu or fly from Hongkong or Guangzhou according to customers real demands, the time will be different from different country and different flight, period from 1- 7 days (customer clearance is not included within this time)
Road transport: It’s possible to truck directly from Chengdu to destination, suitable for nearby countries such as Southeast Aisa, Central Asia and Russia.
Train transport: For the moment there is route Chengdu – Lodz and Zhengzhou – Humburg, Suzhou- Warsaw lines, 14 days, comparing traditional sea transport this has decreased the shipment date a lot, and can be effected to more coutries which is nearby the destination.
Q2: How much products can be fit into one container.
A2: According to the experience, considering in each shipment all kinds of height shoes is included:
20` GP container: size 5.69*2.13*2.18 meters, volume 28 cbm, maximum gross weight 17500 kgs, can fit 4000（±500） pairs shoes or 2200 pairs boots （±300）.
40` GP container: size 11.8*2.13*2.18 meters, volume 58 cbm, maximum gross weight 22000 kgs, can fit 8500（±1000） pairs shoes or 4400 pairs boots （±600）.
40` HQ container: size 11.8*2.13*2.72 meters, volume 68 cbm, maximum gross weight 22000 kgs, can fit 10000（±1500） pairs shoes or 5100 pairs boots （±800）.
45` HP container: size 13.58*2.34*2.71 meters, volume 87 cbm, maximum gross weight 29000 kgs, can fit 12500（±2000） pairs shoes or 6000 pairs boots （±1000）.
For LCL we caculate real volume and weight, goods to be delivered to appointed wearhouse according to the real volumbe and gross weight.
